MBLY - Mobileye upgraded target price
Morgan Stanley upgraded MBLY to "Overweight" and increased their target price to $80 on Mobileye. It is a pure-play in automotive automation and software, feeding the "autonomous car" trend.
Yes, it is a very high PE ratio, and there is risk of course. Also, I only bought today after missing last week's 15% rise.

MBLY Backstory
Goldman Sachs brought Mobileye public on Aug. 1, 2014. The dynamic Israeli company develops camera-based driver assistance systems. Mobileye's software goes on chips from its partner STMicroelectronics. Mobileye sells primarily to Tier-1 auto suppliers, such as Autoliv, Delphi, Gentex, Magna and TRW Automotive. Latest quarterly profit jumped 100% from a year earlier to 10 cents a share. Sales rose 57% to $52.8 million. For 2015, earnings are seen rising 105% from 2014. On Monday, Morgan Stanley maintained an overweight rating on Mobileye but raised its price target to 80 from 77. Morgan also said it expects the company to dominate its market in a few years.
